Professional Bio

Kelly Ellis owns The Entrepreneur Authority (TEA) of Arkansas. TEA is the only franchise consulting service that has the endorsement of the American Association of Franchisees and Dealers (AAFD).  Kelly is a graduate of the Franchise Center of Excellence, and has a true passion for helping match business opportunities with a persons career aspirations and talents.  

Kelly has an extensive professional background in senior management, new business development, relationship management, and customer service. A son of a minister, Kelly is well-traveled; he grew up Louisiana and Mississippi, graduated from high school in New York, went to college in Texas, and spent years working on the west coast.

In 2003, and after 18 years with Fidelity Investments, Kelly found his true calling as an entrepreneur, having researched and investigated several different business opportunities. Kelly is very active in commercial real estate in Arkansas, although his main focus is helping those enjoy the same, life-changing experiences that only self-employment can offer. 

Mr. Ellis is a graduate of Baylor University in Waco, TX, and currently resides in Fayetteville, AR, where he is active with local Chamber offices as well as with the Fayetteville Lions Club. He is married and has two boys.
